DNA tests confirmed that the suicide bomber who killed four people in Istanbul's main shopping street yesterday was a member of ISIS called Mehmet Ozturk. He was 24 and his head was found in relatively good condition at the scene.

Why do we call it suicide hen it's more properly described as murder. And those who encouraged him to do it are rightly accessories to the said murder.
if someone wants to commit suicide that is their choice but why take innocent third parties, often children, with them?
