17-year-old Marlo P. Atiga shot dead

17-year-old Marlo P. Atiga was a Grade 10 student and was the breadwinner of his family. However at 3:00 AM on January 14, 2017, he was fishing outside Sibugay Island in Tagapul-an, Samar, Philippines when he was shot to death.

I don't see his Facebook account as of now, possibly did not join Facebook due to poverty.
