Angelino Custodio Tugna, of Brgy. Dumga, Makato, Aklan, Philippines, fell from the third floor to his death on January 1, 2016 at the age of 16.

Luck was not with poor Angelino. My understanding has always been that a fall from the second floor is survivable, a fall from the fourth floor will kill you, and a fall from the third floor can go either way.
