Question about morgue photos

I've noticed that most of the leaked morgue photos come from China

So I assume that someone inside us is posting these beautiful photos, which leads me to ask if morgue photos are easy to leak or if there is a method to make it easy to leak.
I ask this in case the method or tool to leak photos could be replicated in various countries. I'm from Peru and I would like to see the same amount of photos that are leaked in China but in Peru or other countries.

Good points and to answer your question - full autopsy sets are hard to get and expensive.

There were Chinese sites that shared autopsy collections, but unfortunately they disappeared or were very well hidden.
We found everything, from elderly people to children, even infants
