NYPD Officer Shoots Dog In East Village
That's so sad, I heard of it. The dog's alive at least and his owner too. I would've assumed he overdosed but they said epilepsy, not too sure about that. I've seen lots of wasted druggies out in those parts of NYC.
The West Village is much nicer. The East Village is still a work in progress
That's true, I love the West Village. It's quaint and more quiet, established, more trees and old houses. East village is a work in progress, it's busier though, faster paced, more bars and lots of younger people seem to live and hang out there. There are more druggies there and low lives. I like to walk through both areas but prefer West Village. Lots of those kids like the guy in that video seem harmless, just beg for money and hang out together with their dogs. It seems like a weird type of clique to me.
