Kind of old news but wow.
Systems analyst Fernando Morilha, 33, photographed a car accident on Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue on saturday morning, near the intersection with Juscelino Kubitschek Avenue, in the south of Sao Paulo (Brazil). The impact was so strong that the engine was thrown out of the vehicle.
"I was on my way to work this saturday morning and took the photos shortly after 8am, however the accident must have occurred at dawn. I did not see any blood, except on the rear door. The engine was about 15 meters away (from the crash site) says Morilha.
The accident left one dead and one wounded. Guilherme Luiz (Luis) Cassiano was referred to the Hospital das Clinicas, but died later. His friend, Guillermo Arce was hospitalized and is in stable condition.
Editor's Note: According to the Traffic Engineering Company of Sao Paulo (SP-CET), the accident happened around 4am on Saturday.
