Victim of mistaken identity in the Philippines

Anthony "Kim" Branzuela of Mahayag, Zambuanga del Sur, was shot dead on the head along Mabini Street, Brgy. Sto. Niño, Cebu City. Barangay Tanod Geroncio Morales was identified as gunman and later killed by SWAT personnel. Police said Branzuela was a case of mistaken identity.
