The victims were identified as Douglas Rafael Viana (23 years old) from Pau dos Ferros and Thiago Felipe Ferreira Tavares (24 years old) from Mosoro.
Also, according to information gathered by the police, the two men were at home when the perpetrators arrived and noticed that the mother of one of the victims had left the house; when she returned, the perpetrators detained her, entered the property, and executed her. Victims . . . had several .40 pistol shell casings scattered throughout the house.
