The Tukhchar massacre took place during the War in Dagestan which was filmed and later distributed on tape showing Russian prisoners of war getting executed.

Throughout the war Russian soldiers reported finding taped executions of Russian officers and men.

Some videos were later sold as snuff films and ended up being posted online.

The tape here was filmed in September 1999 and shows six Russian servicemen one as young as 19 and handsome as models being executed by Chechen militants. The execution method was beheading with subsequent piercing of the trachea. Some of the guys passed out within 10 seconds.
