Muscle Definition: Lean with not much fat, veins on show. Works out a lot which will hopefully contribute to the overall taste.

Quality of legs: Good legs, well defined with meaty quads.

Tastiness of meat:
  • Torso: Pecs were tasty, could have maybe been a bit thicker but taste was good and flavorful. Abs crisped a little too quick but meaty parts did hold flavor. Ribs held a fair amount of meat, tasted good either plain or BBQ’d.
  • Arms: Were ok, would have liked a little more meat. Biceps supplied the most. Could taste the flavor but disappointed with the amount.
  • Legs: Thighs were a strong point, smooth and supplied plenty of meat that was cut into steaks. Meat was rich and flavorful giving a good amount of juice. Some of the best cuts from this specimen.
  • Mince: Mince meat was of good quality. Used in burgers which were juicy and moist. Minced meat dishes which gave the meals some flavor, and sausages which were of a decent quality.
Overall Quality: 7/10. Good specimen of young Irish beef. Provided adequate meat that was both flavorful and juicy.

Best Meat: From the thigh area.

Quality of legs: Excellent, smooth with no hair. Well defined muscular and vascular, Thighs nice and thick.

Tastiness of meat:

  • Torso: Pecs were tasty and juicy with plenty of flavor. Abs yielded some solid meat, edges crisped but meat remained tasty. Ribs shared a large portion of meat that melted away from the bone when cooked. Taste was very good plain but added sauce to them to another level.
  • Arms; For the physique on show the arms gave some solid meat and a decent quantity that tasted good. Bicep steaks were juicy and tender.
  • Legs: Thighs were excellent, very smooth and muscles supplied plenty of meat that was cut into juicy flavorful steaks. Meat was rich and flavorful giving a good amount of juice when cut. Most definitely some of the best cuts from Ellis.
  • Mince: Mincemeat was of a very good quality. Used in burgers which were juicy and tasty. Minced meat dishes which gave the meals some flavor. Also due to Ellis’s Italian heritage it would not have been proper if some of this meat wasn’t used in popular Italian dishes. Ellis Spaghetti Bolognese was exquisite. The Ravioli was heavenly and an Elliseroni pizza hit the spot. The Sausages yielded from this specimen were top quality.
Overall Quality: 9/10. Near perfect specimen of natural beef. Yielded quality and tasty meat. It had been a pleasure devouring Ellis.

Best Meat: As you can see from the pictures it had to be the quality thigh meat.

Either plain or BBQ’d they were finger licking good. Rump was cut into various juicy and thick rump steaks along with a few joints.
  2. Arms; Thick arms, provided great juicy bicep steaks. Dealt a fair amount of meat
  3. Legs: Thick Thighs were excellent, very smooth and muscles supplied plenty of meat that were cut into juicy flavorful steaks including sirloins and top and silverside joints. Meat was rich and flavorful giving a good amount of juice when cut. Calves were thick and juicier then the biceps. .
  4. Mince: Mincemeat was of a excellent quality. Used in burgers which were juicy and even tastier. Minced meat dishes gave the meals some flavor. Pies made from the meat were some of the juiciest tasted. Sausages were some of the best quality. Even Colby steak tartare took my breath away.


Overall Quality: 10/10. Excellent specimen of US Midwest natural beef. Yielded quality and tasty meat. Best meat devoured so far.

Best Meat: The meat cut from Colby’s amazing thighs.

Abs yielded some solid marbled meat including Flank and plate steak, Abs bacon edges crisped but meat remained tasty, although bacon had a fair quantity of fat attached. Ribs shared a large portion of meat that melted away from the bone when cooked. Either plain or BBQ’d they were messy to eat. Sam’s rump that had teased many a gay guy was cut into various juicy and thick rump steaks along with a few joints.
  2. Arms; Thick arms, provided great juicy bicep steaks. Dealt a fair amount of meat. Tricep meat was minced up.
  3. Legs: Thighs were very good, covered with fine dark leg hair that needed to be shaved but the muscles supplied plenty of meat that was cut into juicy flavorful steaks. Meat was rich and flavorful. Footballers legs were always some of the best.
  4. Mince: Mince meat was of good quality. Used in burgers which were juicy and moist. Minced meat dishes which gave the meals some flavor, and sausages which were of a decent quality.


Overall Quality: 6/10. Decent piece of UK beef, but body carried a little fat. Would have preferred more solid muscle. Although pure muscle was tender and juicy but was lacking in places.

Best Meat:
Toss up between thighs and pecs. But there was something about the way Sam’s pec muscle tasted especially when served as a burger with a bun. So on this occasion it has to be the pecs.

Overall Quality: 10/10. Great specimen of US natural beef. Yielded quality and tasty meat. Rivalled that of Colby.

Best Meat: The meat from Daniel’s defined and thick thighs along with his juicy pecs.

  • Legs: Thighs were excellent, very smooth and muscles supplied plenty of meat that was cut into juicy flavorful steaks. Meat was rich and flavorful giving a good amount of juice when cut. Most definitely some of the best cuts from Jake.
  • Mince: Mincemeat was of a very good quality. Used in burgers which were juicy and tasty. Minced meat dishes which gave the meals some flavor. Jake did Alabama proud as his meat tasted exquisite in traditional Alabama dishes like Lazy Beef Lasagna, Beef Burritos, the best of the bunch was Alabama Jake Chilli which was some of the tastiest chilli I’ve eaten.
Overall Quality: 8.5/10. Quality southern meat. Well raised and tasty as hell

Best Meat: As always legs were amazing but with Jake all his meat tasted really good.

Overall Quality: 9/10. Near perfect specimen of natural British beef. Yielded quality and tasty meat. It had been a pleasure devouring Max the most famous person I’ve eaten yet.

3. Legs: Thighs were excellent, very smooth and muscles supplied plenty of meat that was cut into juicy flavorful steaks. Meat was rich and flavorful giving a good amount of juice when cut. Carsten’s legs did not disappoint.

4. Mince: Mincemeat was of a very good quality. Used in burgers which were juicy and tasty. Minced meat dishes which gave the meals some flavor. Carsten’s minced meat provided some good chilli, and The Big Game Carsten Pie was too die for.



Overall Quality: 8.5/10. Splendid Florida beef. Cockiness gave the meat some extra flavour

Best Meat: Carsten’s legs were near perfect as was his marvelous pec meat.

  • Mince: Mincemeat was of good quality. Used in burgers which were juicy and moist. Minced meat provided many side dishes which gave the meals some flavor, and sausages which were of a decent quality.
Overall Quality: 7/10. Nice lean specimen but could have had more muscle on it.

Best Meat: Without a doubt the meat yielded from Vince’s legs
