Not for anything, if that uniform is attempting to suggest an organized military unit (of any sort) then he’s working with some shit-ass dull cutlery which is cause to wonder about just what military unit he is with. That head should have come off a lot quicker. He wouldn’t have won any speed test with that skill level. Roadside Iraqi butchers in sneakers with steak knives are faster than that.
