Rough Landing

I've had a few rough landings when travelling - nothing quite as spectacular as this plane as it skids down the runway without its wheels.

I believe that is the one we heard about here in America that was en route from New Jersey. Polish Airline and had to make an emergency landing in Poland when its landing gear failed. No one hurt. yes quite correct - incident happened at Warsaw when it had to land without its wheels. its a stunning pic with the sparks trailing along underneath and the orange trees as a backdrop.

The vid was insane, never seen anything like it before.

I used to fly a lot and never got to like it, incidents like this are the main reason why! Great they all survived tho, reminds me of that amazing touch down in the Hudson river a coupla years back.
