Reddit admins likely to shut down r/watchpeopledie over Shuaib Aslam suicide video

Notorious reddit gore sub r/watchpeopledie will most likely get shut down by the admins of reddit over 18-year-old Shuaib Aslam suicide video which he streamed live on his YouTube channel and was later reposted on Reddit.

US media quickly picked up on the case and started blaming WPD for spreading violence to young people on the internet.

WPD mods have been posting goodbye messages on the sub all day warning users that the community will most likely get nuked by the admins soon.

The mods of r/watchpeopledie today said they have received several messages from group members asking for permission to broadcast their suicides live on the sub.

Reddit admins have decided to leave r/watchpeopledie but with the rules changed - no suicide video that was live streamed on YouTube or Facebook. Boring. Also no child murder video.
