Another fatal buybust operation in an alleged drug den in Sabang District Tacloban City[, Leyte, Philippines] on Friday afternoon [September 9, 2016] resulting to the death of a certain "Mak-Mak" Serdoncillo and wounding 2 others including the target of the buybust-Reymark Maragrag, 22 years old and his uncle Frankie Maragrag, 44 years old, both residents of the aforementioned place.
In a hot pursuit operation, Policemen were also able to arrest Raymond Samaro, 25 years old from Nula-Tula Tacloban.
Tacloban City Police Office record shows that Serdoncillo is the 4th fatality in a Police operation from July 1 up to date.

Spot Report on Shooting Incident: That OOA 9:40 AM September 13, 2016 at Jesus Banos St., Potohan, Tubigon, Bohol, PNP personnel of this station composed of PCI ALMIRANTE BACAYO, COP, PO3 Ponciano Entroliso Jr, PO3 Renan Romulo, PO2 Jasper Reyes, PO1 Mario Tecson, PO1 Eric Ramos and PO1 Ronald Manlangit responded to a shooting alarm wherein two (2) male personalities were shot dead by unknown assailants on board an unknown type of motorcycle. The victims were later identified as 1. Joel Tinoy y Libres, 46 years old, married, a resident of Cabulijan, Tubigon, Bohol, a Drug Watchlist Person, a “TOKHANG” surrenderer, and has a previous case on Section 11, Article 2 of R.A. 9165 and on bail status, sustained 4 gunshot wounds 2.) Edgar Subrado y Flores, 38 years old, with live-in partner, resident of Centro, Tubigon, Bohol, also a Drug Watchlist Person, and “TOKHANG” surrenderer, sustained two (2) gunshot wounds on the body. Initial investigation disclosed that the victims were on board a “habal-habal” on their way home when they were followed by the suspects. On the crime scene, four (4) empty shells of caliber .45 were recovered. As per record of this police station both are under the category of Pusher. According to information, victim Joel Tinoy was previously shot by an unknown person 3 years ago. This police station is now on the process of conducting interview to the two (2) eye witnesses that could possibly give description of the suspects who accordingly riding a motorcycle fled away towards unknown direction. Further investigation was conducted to establish the motive of the incident. Both victims were rushed to the nearest Tubigon Community Hospital but were pronounced DOA by DR BERNABE BATAUSA, Municipal Health Officer of Tubigon. For info.

Suspected drug pusher killed after attending court hearing in Makati

MANILA, Philippines - A suspected drug pusher was gunned down shortly after attending a court hearing in Makati City Wednesday afternoon [September 14, 2016].

Reports reaching the Makati City Police said 20-year-old Rey Monteroyo alias “Jolicor” was killed by a lone gunman at about 1 p.m. at the corner of Angono Street and Osmeña Street in Barangay Poblacion.

Monteroyo, a resident of Barangay Comembo in Makati City, died on the spot, police said.

Initial police investigation showed that Monteroyo had just attended his court hearing for illegal possession of firearms and drug pushing at a Makati court and was walking with his live-in partner when the gunman appeared aboard a black Yamaha Mio motorcycle with no license plates.

The gunman, who was wearing a full-face helmet then, drew out a pistol of still unknown caliber and shot the victim once in the head.

After seeing that the victim had hit the pavement, the gunman then sped away aboard the motorcycle.

Investigators are looking at the angle that the shooting is connected with the victim’s alleged illegal drugs activities.

Vigilantes strike.
Baguio City -- At around 7:55 PM today (August 10), me and my girlfriend were in queue waiting for a jeepney ride home (in between CenterMall and Good Taste) when two successive gunshots cracked the air.
From around 15 feet to where I stood, a man fell face down as two gun man swiftly escaped. I initially checked if we were OK, my sudden fear is stray bullets hitting us (thankfully we were safe!).
Blood started to ooze from the fallen man's head. Three minutes later a cop came while radioing for back-up. As I snapped shots, a medical student attempted to check on the man but two other cops prevented him. Cops said he was dead on the spot (which was evident, i think).
8:15 PM they started to cordon the area.
These are some photos of the first 20 minutes.
Stay safe, people of Baguio and Benguet. I hope this war against drugs will not result to deaths of innocent people, collateral damage.

High Value Target shot dead in Tacloban buybust
"NANLABAN"- A high value target was shot dead by RAIDSOTG operatives in a joint buy-bust operation in Cogon San Jose District Tacloban City earlier today [September 19, 2016].
The target was identified as Edward Keirulf, 36 years old and a resident of Bañez Ville this City.
According to Tacloban PNP Director, PS/Supt. Rolando Bade, after the illegal drug transaction was consummated, the suspect sensed the presence of PNP operatives and allegedly pulled out his caliber 38 revolver prompting them to retaliate and shot the victim on the different parts of his body and head.
A caliber 38 revolver and a sachet containing alleged 'shabu' was recovered in the crime scene with a 500 peso mark money.
Also arrested were Keirulf's nephews and alleged cohorts, Manny Keirulf and a minor age male. The two yielded alleged 'shabu' in their possession.
Keirulf is the 6th personality figured in a fatal buybust operation in Tacloban City from July 1 up to date.

I believe he has been likening himself to Hitler, saying he's going to do for the Philippines what Hitler did for Germany: rid the country of undesirables. That is not proving to be a popular goal with much of the world.
