PUSHER KILLED IN A BUY BUST OPERATION OF INDANG PNP
Indang, Cavite – A 40 year old male, welder married and a resident of Brgy. Guyam Munti was killed at Brgy. Carasuchi Indang Cavite at about 1:45 in the afternoon of August 10, 2016.
EDGAR RAPUSON Y BULON who surrendered last July 29, 2016, was killed by elements of this station during the conduct of buy-bust operation under the direct supervision of PCI WILLY B SALAZAR, OIC of Indang MPS, after selling one (1) transparent heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to one element of this station who acted as poseur buyer in exchange of one (1) five hundred peso bill with serial number PX974216 used as marked money with powder dust. During the transaction, suspect drew a caliber 38 revolver from his waist after suspecting that the poseur buyer is a police officer that resulted to armed encounter and suspect’s death. After the incident elements of this station immediately contacted a prosecutor to conduct site inquest proceeding followed by SOCO Satelite Team, Tagaytay City led by PCI ROSE A MERINO for technical processing of the crime scene.
Recovered from the crime scene were Caliber 38 revolver with three (3) empty shell and three (3) live ammunition inside cartridge ball while four (4) pcs sachet of suspected Methamphetamine Hydrochloride and one (1) piece of five hundred peso bill were recovered from the suspect.
RAPUSON was brought to Funeraria Mabini for autopsy/ post-mortem examination while confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to PNP Crime Laboratory, Imus Cavite for examination.

Bulacan Cops Neutralized 4 Drug Pushers in Different Buy-Bust Operations
CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan --- Four (4) drug pushers were neutralized in different buy-bust operations conducted by Bulacan Police on August 10, 2016 and early morning today.
Based on the reports one (1) was killed in Meycauayan, one (1) in Paombong, one (1) in Marilao, and one (1) in Santa Maria.
PSSUPT ROMEO M CARAMAT JR, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP identified the four (4) slain suspects as 1) Oliver Delos Reyes @Otoy, male, legal age, residing of Barangay Sta. Rosa 1, Marilao, Bulacan, ranked as number 1 Most Wanted Person of Marilao; 2) Jess Bejare y Lindayag @Jes, 37 years old, married, jobless, residing in Wawa Street, Barangay San Jose, Paombong, ranked as number 1 Drug Personality of Paombong; 3) Lozano Flores @Anog, of legal age, jobless, resident of Phase 3 Heritages Homes Brgy. Loma De Gato, Marilao; and 4) Christopher Yap alias “MacMac”, resident of KM 38, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta Maria Bulacan other data unknown.

Investigation reveal that @Otoy recognized the poseur buyer as policeman and hurriedly pulled out his handgun and fired towards the operating team prompting the operatives to retaliate that resulted to the neutralization of the suspect. Recovered from the crime scene were the following pieces of evidence: caliber .38 revolver with four (4) live ammunition and one (1) empty shell inside its chamber, six (6) sachets of suspected “shabu”, three (3) pieces of aluminum foil strip, black SYM motorcycle without plate number, two (2) hand sketches of maps in a piece of paper and three (3) pieces of empty shell for caliber .9mm.
Meanwhile in Paombong, PCINSP LEOPOLDO L ESTORQUE, Acting Chief of Police, reports that an armed encounter ensued during anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by Paombong MPS in Barangay Kapitangan, Paombong, Bulacan at around 9:00 PM that resulted to the death of Jess Bejare y Lindayag @Jes. Said suspect was listed in the Barangay Anti-Drugs Abuse Coucial (BADAC) list of Barangay San Jose and ranked as number 1 drug personality of Paombong, although a self surrendered drug pusher, @Jes still pursues his illegal drug transactions.
Investigation reveal that @Jes together with his cohorts only identified as @ Bobie sensed the ongoing police operation, @Jes and his cohorts immediately fled onboard their motorcycle and fired their firearms towards the operating team that prompted the police officers to fire back. While pursuing the suspects a brief exchanged of gunfire ensued resulting to the death of @Jes, while his cohorts eluded arrest.
Scene of the Crime Operative (SOCO) of Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the encounter scene and recovered the following pieces of evidence: one (1) caliber .38 Smith and Wesson revolver without serial number loaded with two (2) spent shells and three (3) live ammunition, seven (7) cal. 9mm fired cartridges and one (1) cal. 45 fired cartridges, two (2) sachets of suspected “shabu”, Php 500.00 bill marked money; and (d) one RKS 150 CC EURO motorcycle with plate number BC48725 used by the suspects.
On the other hand, in Marilao, PSUPT AMADO A MENDOZA JR, Acting Chief of Police, reports that on August 10, 2016, at around 11:45 in the evening, an armed encounter between the elements of Marilao MPS Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and LOZANO FLORES @ANOG, in Marcelo Compound Looban 1, Brgy. Loma De Gato, Marilao, Bulacan.
Based on the investigation, @ANOG immediately run inside his house upon sensing of the ongoing police operation and fired his firearm towards the policemen that resulted to exchange of gun fire causing @ANOG’s death.
Recovered evidence are the following: one (1) piece .38 caliber revolver marked Smith And Wesson without serial number loaded with two (2) live ammo and four (4) empty spent shell, three (3) pieces cal. 9mm empty spent shell, three (3) sachets containing suspected “shabu”, two (2) pieces glass tooter and five-hundred peso bill (P500.00) buy bust money,
Further, PSUPT RANIEL M VALONES, Officer-In-Charge, Santa Maria MPS reports that an armed encounter ensued at KM 40, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan on August 10, 2015 at 11:52 PM during the anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by the Anti-illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group of Santa Maria MPS, when Christopher Yap @MacMac sensed the ongoing buy-bust operation he immediately drew his firearm and fired successive shots towards the operatives that prompted the police officers to fireback that resulted to the suspect’s death.
PSUPT VALONES further said that @MacMac is the primary suspect in the killing of Jordan Fernandez y Sarmiento on August 3, 2016. The recovered slug on the head of Jordan Fernandez will be subjected for cross matching examination with the slug from the ballistic examination.
The Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory Office processed the encounter scene and recovered from the following: one (1) caliber .38 revolver without serial number with two (2) fired cartridge cases and four live ammunition in the chamber; three (3) fired cartridge cases for caliber 9mm; one (1) bullet fragment; one small pouch containing eight (8) live ammunition for caliber .38 revolver, two (2) sachets of illegal drugs (shabu), two (2) aluminum foil strips, and Php. 760.00 including the buy bust money.

On August 04, 2016 at 12:40PM, PNP elements from this station led by PO1 Norberto B Campos and PO1 Nasser Macatane Haje Intelligence personnel and Warrant Officer under the supervision of PSI ALEX A CELIZ, COP, together with the active participation of ADS, PPSC /ADS PIB, personnel led by PO3 Dennison c Alvarade and 25TH IB 10ID,PA led by CPL Joveny R Tablazon and CPL Jake P Galenzoga has conducted a joint operation for the apprehension of Archie Dolleson Caballero, 32 years old (DOB-July 05, 1984), married, jobless and a resident of P-10 Brgy Pulang Lupa, Trento, ADS, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest with Criminal case number 7664 for the crimer of Illegal Possesion of Firearm and Ammunitions signed by KIMAL M SALACOP, Executive Judge dated February 19, 2016. Suspect was sighted and confirmed by the confidential agent riding a one (1) unit utility vehicle multicab, color black bearing plate no. MCZ983 said suspect was sighted travelling along Asian High Way heading towards south (Davao) at the vicinity of P-1 Brgy. Langkilaan, Trento, ADS. Said suspect was ordered to stop but suspect fired against the abovementioned operatives that prompted for them to return fire towards the suspect that resulted for the suspect to stop over and get away from his car while his passenger companion was left behind identified later as Julius Obod Baconguis, 45 years old (DOB-May 09, 1971), separated, jobless and a resident of P-5 Poblacion, Monkayo, Comval Province, was wounded on his left shoulder while the fleeing suspect armed with short firearm of unknown caliber was shot by the responding elements being hit on the different parts of his body that resulted to his sudden death. While his companion passenger Julius Obod Baconguis, was rushed to Franco, Medical Hospital and was then referred to Bunawan District Hospital for medication and he was then apprehended and being informed of his constitutional rights as provided for by the constitution.
SOCO Team led by PSI JERRY D SOLIS, ADS PCLO and Investigating Team of Trento MPS were able to recover from the crime scene to wit; Three (3) pieces fired cartridge cases, 45 Caliber Pistol, Eleven (11) pieces of Fired Cartridge cases of 9MM, One fired bullet of unknown caliber, One (1) unit short firearm cal 45 Colt Government Model bearing serial numbers 668457, Two (2) pieces magazines, Nine (9) pieces of live ammunitions cal 45, Three (3) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with estimated DDB value amounting to Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php20,000.00), Two (2) pieces improvised plastic totter, One (1) improvised pipe, One (1) dud ammunition, Two strip aluminum foil and one (1) small contained alleged tawas.
Aforementioned found evidence was placed under the custody and control of ADS, SOCO and to be subjected for Dangerous Drugs confirmatory testing.

Nakilala ang isa sa mga suspek na si Cocoy Pearson, 40-anyos na napatay sa isinagawang buy bust operation ng mga tauhan ng San Francisco Municipal Police Station sa harapan mismo ng kanilang tanggapan kagabi.
Narekober sa crime scene ang short firearms na ginamit umano ng suspek ngunit na-unahan sanhi ng kanyang agarang kamatayan.
Samantala patay naman ang isang Maranao sa anti-drug operation dakong alas-5:55 ng madaling araw sa may P-2 Brgy. Taglatawan sa Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.
Isi-serve sana ang search warrant kay Jamil Ampaso Rangkato alyas Diya Sanaga, 24-anyos ngunit nang kanyang malaman mula sa sumigaw na mga kapitbahay na may pulis ay dali itong pumasok sa kanyang bahay at nagpaputok din umano kung kaya't binaril din ito ng mga pulis.

BUTUAN CITY - Two drug personalities were added to list of fatalities after fighting against the police operation in the province of Agusan del Sur.
One of the suspects is identified as 40-year-old Cocoy Pearson, who was killed during the buy bust operation of San Francisco Municipal Police Station staff in front of their office last night.
The short firearms, that was used by suspect however was killed first, was recovered from the crime scene.
Meanwhile, a Maranao was killed in an anti-drug operation around 5:55 AM at P-2 Brgy. Taglatawan in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.
24-year-old Jamil Ampaso Rangkato alias Diya Sanaga was supposed to be served a search warrant, however when he heard from shouting neighbors that police were coming, he immediately went to his house and fired shots so he was shot by the police.
A unit of .9mm caliber pistol, seven bullets, 4.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a bundle of heat sealed empty sachets, and weighing scale were recovered from him.

2 drug personalities, killed after fighting against the police operation in Agusan del Sur (pictures: courtesy of Richard Grande)
BUTUAN CITY - Two drug personalities were added to list of fatalities after fighting against the police operation in the province of Agusan del Sur.
One of the suspects is identified as 40-year-old Cocoy Pearson, who was killed during the buy bust operation of San Francisco Municipal Police Station staff in front of their office last night.
The short firearms, that was used by suspect however was killed first, was recovered from the crime scene.
Meanwhile, a Maranao was killed in an anti-drug operation around 5:55 AM at P-2 Brgy. Taglatawan in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.
24-year-old Jamil Ampaso Rangkato alias Diya Sanaga was supposed to be served a search warrant, however when he heard from shouting neighbors that police were coming, he immediately went to his house and fired shots so he was shot by the police.
A unit of .9mm caliber pistol, seven bullets, 4.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a bundle of heat sealed empty sachets, and weighing scale were recovered from him.

Luzviminda in the city of Puerto Princesa, with a written placard beside a dead body "DO NOT EMULATE ME, I AM A THIEF SO I BECAME PUSHER AND ADDICT, MANY OF YOU WILL BE THE NEXT, I AM A PUSHER AND ADDICT", who was the suspected victim of summary execution who was stuffed in a sack.
The authorities are now continuing their investigation about the victim's identity and cause of death.
Remembering that other parts of the country especially Metro Manila, summary execution victims are prevalent, this case is said to be the first victim of summary execution in this City after President [Rodrigo] Duterte declared the campaign against drugs after becoming the President of the Philippines.

Vigilantes strike.
Baguio City -- At around 7:55 PM today (August 10), me and my girlfriend were in queue waiting for a jeepney ride home (in between CenterMall and Good Taste) when two successive gunshots cracked the air.
From around 15 feet to where I stood, a man fell face down as two gun man swiftly escaped. I initially checked if we were OK, my sudden fear is stray bullets hitting us (thankfully we were safe!).
Blood started to ooze from the fallen man's head. Three minutes later a cop came while radioing for back-up. As I snapped shots, a medical student attempted to check on the man but two other cops prevented him. Cops said he was dead on the spot (which was evident, i think).
8:15 PM they started to cordon the area.
These are some photos of the first 20 minutes.
Stay safe, people of Baguio and Benguet. I hope this war against drugs will not result to deaths of innocent people, collateral damage.

COTABATO CITY-Two men inclugina a man who was supposed to marry two women were killed in the town of Pikit in the province of Cotabato after being ambushed by two riding-in-tandem criminals at National Highway in that town last morning[, August 18, 2016].
According to Ronda Brigada's interview with Pikit PNP Deputy Chief, PSI Sindatu Karim, this afternoon, the deceased were identified as Mujaid Adam Husain, 22 years old and his brother Abdulnasser Husain, 45 years old.
The brothers sustained multiple gunshot words from caliber .45 pistol and 9mm pistol after the authorities recovered the bullets from the crime scene.
The authorities highly suspect that the murder of victims was due to conflicts aside from drugs because Karim said that Mujaid was #2 in the drug watchlist by Pikit PNP.
The authorities continue their investigation regarding the said shooting.
It was said that the victim was scheduled to marry two women at 10 AM, however he was shot past 8 AM this morning according to PSI Karim. (Jom Dimapalao)

Someone posted this less than an hour ago. The only thing I can interpret this is that a surrendered drug user or pusher was shot dead. Sorry if I cannot help you translate this because I don't know Cebuano.

Buy-bust Operation in Alfonso, Cavite, 1 Drug Suspect Killed
ALFONSO MPS -In line with the implementation of PROJECT: DOUBLE BARREL of the PNP on August 11, 2016 at about 10:00 o’clock in the evening elements of this Station led by PO3 Richar R. Atienza under the direct supervision of PCI ALEXY E SONIDO, OIC and in coordination with PDEA-RO4 against one FREDERICK ESTRIBEL y COTON alias “MASOY” who was listed in our drug watch list and unidentified cohort at Brgy. Matagbak 2, of this municipality wherein the police officer who acted as poseur-buyer was able to buy an illegal drugs (SHABU). When the suspects sensed that the poseur buyer is a police officer, they immediately shoot successively the police officers but missed, prompting the police to retaliate and shoot the suspects, however, the unidentified cohort managed to escaped on-board a motorcycle no plate number. The above named suspect sustained gun-shot wounds so the police officers immediately rushed him to Dr. Poblete Memorial Hospital, Alfonso, Cavite for medical attention but declared dead on arrival (DOA) by attending physician, Dr. Oliver N. Lorenzo.. Services of the SOCO team, based at Crime Laboratory Office, Annex, Tagaytay City, was requested by this Station to conduct crime scene processing/investigation. Recovered from crime scenes are the ff: a. One (1) Caliber .38 revolver; b. Four (4) pcs of empty shells (Fired Cartridges from caliber .38 revolver);and c. One (1) live ammunition for Cal. 38. While two (2) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance, suspected SHABU and cash money amounting to eight hundred twelve pesos (Php812.00) to include Five hundred peso bill (Php500) marked money were recovered from the suspects’ pocket after declared DOA by the said attending physician on the above-mentioned hospital. Request for autopsy is already made while the three small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with initial markings “JCR1” estimated weight 0.14 gram, ‘RNR” estimated weight 0.20 gram & “RNR1” estimated weight 0.18 were brought to Crime Laboratory Office, Imus Cavite for appropriate Examination.
