Giila sa Buhangin Police Station ang biktima nga si Joel Magdipi Maybano, 37-anyos, residente sa Dragon Compound sa nasangpit nga dapit kinsa tag-iya sa Jojo77 Barbershop.
Sa imbestigasyon nasayran nga kalit na lamang gipusil sa wala mailang suspek si Maybano tumong sa iyang ulo sa makaduha ka higayon diin usa niini sa walang buktong rason sa iyang hinanaling kamatayon.
Sa nahagpat nga impormasyon sa Brigada News duna matud pay kaso sa droga ang biktima sa Bunawan PNP diin niadtong milabayng tuig nakapiyansa kini rason sa iyang temporaryong kagawasan.

REPPORT FROM PNP CLARIN
Spot report on shooting incident. That on August 2, 2016, at more or less 11:00 A.M. at the National Highway of Brgy. Candajec, Clarin, Bohol, one Epefanio Camangyan y Siaboc alias Albert, 38 years old, married a resident of Brgy. Nahawan, Clarin, Bohol, a gun-for-hire and a known drug pusher in Clarin, Bohol who rank number six (6) in the top ten priority target and the only target who was not neutralized was shot to death by a motorcycle-riding in tandem resulting to his instantaneous death. As per records on file, victim did not surrender to the police authorities despite of the relentless and vigorous implementation of OPLAN TOKHANG. Based on the examination conducted by Dra. Reina Jane Demandante, Municipal Health Officer of Clarin Rural Health Unit revealed that the victim sustained three (3) gunshot wounds, two (2) in the head and one at the back. Suspects were reportedly riding a black motorcycle. The driver was wearing ski mask while the back rider was wearing baseball cap with sunglass. They escaped heading to Inabanga, Bohol. According to his wife Anabel Camanyan, his husband who is a probationer came from Tubigon, Bohol as today is his scheduled reporting day at the probation office located at Tubigon, Bohol. Recovered from the crime scene were two (2) empty shell of .45 caliber pistol, Red Honda XRM Motorcycle bearing Plate Number GK 3275 owned and driven by the victim. The cadaver of the victim lies at Gomez Funeral Homes, Clarin, Bohol. For info and request acknowledge receipt.

A dead body of a man who was put in a cardboard and dumped on a pile of trash on a sidewalk was found in Caloocan City, yesterday early morning (July 8, 2016).
The victim, with the height of 4'9", wearing black T-shirt and black short pants, who had tattoo on his body, was covered first with garbage bag before being put in a cardboard and dumped on a pile of trash at A. Mabini St., Barangay 29.
According to Chief Inspector Ilustre Mendoza, chief of Station Investigation Division, around 1 AM when a scavenger discovered a dead body who was put in a cardboard and immiediately reported to the patrolling barangay official.
According to the investigation by the staff of Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO), the victim sustained stab wounds on his body and his neck was tied with rope. The victim was possibly killed on the other place before being dumped at A. Mabini Street to confuse the investigators.
The killing was suspected to be related to illegal drugs dahil his body was found with two plastic sachets containing suspected methamphetamine.

Man shot dead:
Jonel Lumbong, 23, single, fish courier, was killed in Maragusan, Compostela Valley at around 11 PM on July 13, 2016 at the corner of Magsaysay-4, Barangay Central, Mati City.
According to the victim's acquaints, he delivered fish in Maragusan, Compostela Valley and he/she did not think why he was shot, however when SOCO (Scene of the Crime Operatives) checked the victim's purse, a drug paraphernalia was recovered and they thought that his murder is drug-related.
A .45 caliber bullet that was used in shooting was also recovered from the crime scene.

Vigilantes strike.
Baguio City -- At around 7:55 PM today (August 10), me and my girlfriend were in queue waiting for a jeepney ride home (in between CenterMall and Good Taste) when two successive gunshots cracked the air.
From around 15 feet to where I stood, a man fell face down as two gun man swiftly escaped. I initially checked if we were OK, my sudden fear is stray bullets hitting us (thankfully we were safe!).
Blood started to ooze from the fallen man's head. Three minutes later a cop came while radioing for back-up. As I snapped shots, a medical student attempted to check on the man but two other cops prevented him. Cops said he was dead on the spot (which was evident, i think).
8:15 PM they started to cordon the area.

Stay safe, people of Baguio and Benguet. I hope this war against drugs will not result to deaths of innocent people, collateral damage.

1. Spot Report on Armed Encounter with Suspected Drug Personality. On or about 1:40 PM August 10, 2016, PNP elements of this station conducted buy-bust operation at SitioDamiao, Brgy Hunan this municipality.
2. The team was composed of the Acting Chief of Police PI Benicer R. Tamboboy, as team leader together with SPO2 Michael Martorillas, PO3 Alejandro M Estorgio, PO3 Justeofino M Hinlayagan, PO2 Nicolas A. Aparilla and PO1 Jestonie S. Bunaos (Poseur Buyer).

3. And at the above-mentioned place, date and time, upon consummation of the buy-bust operation, suspected drug pusher Donald Torregosa y Tradio (SUBJECT PERSON), 38 years old, married and a resident of same place resisted when about to be arrested by means of getting his firearm being tuck-in from his waist and pointed it to the poseur buyer where at this time he was shot first before he could pull the trigger of his firearm and neutralized by the police back-up.
4. Scene of the Crime Operation was conducted by the field investigator SPO1 Francisco A. Inot and recovered from the crime scene the following: 1.) One (1) unit Firearm, with color black holster, with marking ARMSCOR 202 CAL. .38 SPL, WITH SERIAL NO. 1029492 and with five (5) pieces of live ammunitions in its cylinder, Two (2) pieces medium sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline powder believed to be “shabu” being placed in a small cap “subject for sale”, One (1) piece medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu “subject of sale” , one (1) piece 500-peso-bill as marked money, one (1) unit cellphone and Cash money amounting to Seventy Pesos (70.00). Inventory was conducted at the place of incident and duly witnessed by barangay captain Elvira T. Duan, barangay kag. Aren S. Torrejas, Gloria S. Doverte and Daylinda S. Torreon, all barangay officials of Hunan, Buenavista, Bohol.
5. Subject person was immediately brought by PNP elements of this office at Dagohoy Hospital, Inabanga, Bohol but he was pronounced by the attending physician Dr. John Paul Gonzales as “Dead on Arrival”. Said subject person is number 4 in the Watch List of Drug Personalities of this office.
6. Moreover, evidence recovered at the place of incident where subjected for PNP Crime Laboratory Examination and including the cadaver of the subject person.
