When the human body experiences extreme pain, or trauma, such as when the cartel saws off a hand, you note the victim does not always seem in agony. That is why someone who loses a limb in an auto accident, often talks to EMT's, seemingly in no discomfort.

The reason is, the body produces an extraordinary quantity of endorphins (opiates) in response to trauma.

Recently Cartels who torture have discovered that using either aerosolized nasal spray, or injectable narcan (nalaxone) blocks these endorphins.

Thus the victim develops unbelievably excruciating pain before death.

The same holds true if you are whipping someone or poking them with needles.

The body shuts off the pain.

Narcon stops the body from doing so.

A single spray will last 30-45,minutes because of the drug's half life.

Narcan is available without prescription.

It is said Canadian serial killer Robert Picton used Narcan on the dozens of women he killed because he enjoyed to watching them in agony and pain.

Why wouldn't you want him to feel unbelievably excruciating pain?

Whipping? Excellent!

Needles? I usually use them only on myself. One of my greatest pleasures when I'm with The Man In The Mirror.
