On December 2, 2014 a fattie identified as Erick Daniel Vieira Franco 29, died in the neighborhood of Pompeia in São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil after he was run over by a truck hauling sand.
Witnesses say that Erick had hit a bump which caused him to lose control of his bike and he fell off right as the truck was driving past.
Erick was crushed by the back tires and the driver continued to drive forward, assuming he had hit a bump. It was only after being chased after and hailed by bystanders that he stopped and realized what he had done. The body was taken to morgue and then released to family.
