In memory of Jaime Ong

An unidentified "Chinese drug lord" was knocked down by unknown suspects in Tondo, Manila, yesterday morning.

The victim was identified through his passport as Jaime Ong Bayaca, 40, a native of Nueva Vizcaya, and a resident of Tikay, Malolos, Bulacan.

Based on the report of the Manila Police District (MPD) -Homicide Section, it was learned that around 12:45 a.m., the victim's body was found on the R-10 bridge, in Tondo.

Barangay tanod Roque Denero, 38, was reportedly patrolling when the body was found with a sign hanging around his neck with the inscription: "DRUG LORD AKO (Chinese)".

The victim was brutally killed because apart from hanging him with wire, he also had three stab wounds to the chest.
Authorities are still investigating the incident.
