2 weeks before death
This is my grandfather, age 87, 3 weeks before he died. Already in the hospital. He didn't have a specific disease, his whole body was just too old and everything was failing.
1 hour before death
This is about an hour before he cast his last breath. He was breathing heavily with deathrattle. Notice how all the wrinkles had disappeared.
The exact moment of death
His breathing stopped and his heart stopped beating, this was the exact moment he died.
An hour after death
This was an hour after he died, he had turned all waxy but was still warm.
