Several people have been killed in a massive explosion in Oslo which has shattered the windows of the Norwegian Prime Minister's offices and forced the evacuation of nearby buildings.
Police in Norway say the blast - which happened just after 3.30pm on Friday, July 22 - was caused by a bomb.
