French high-speed train derails near Strasbourg killing ten people

A test TGV train derailed and crashed in a canal outside Eckwersheim near Strasbourg, eastern France, November 14, 2015.

Paramedics rushed to the scene intially thinking it was another suicide attack but later found out that there were no passangers in the carriages. Ten people onboard were killed.
