These deaths are a follow-up to this thread.
Romulo Dumaguit (driver, played by Lito Lapid) and Ricardo Dalisay (played by Coco Martin) chased Sen. Mateo de Silva (played by Joko Diaz), his younger brother Victor de Silva (played by Vince Rillon), and his henchmen. They first riddled Victor and his seatmate with bullets. After their vehicles stopped, they had a duel, in which Dalisay fatally shot the driver. As a result, Sen. de Silva's car fell into the river and exploded, killing him.
