The immolation happened in Kisii County in October 2021.
All victims were female and later identified in morgue as Jemima Mironga, 60, Agnes Ototo, 57, Sigara Onkware, 62 and Sindege Mayaka, 85.
The women were accused of practising black magic and causing harm to the locals.
Kenya Police is investigating the case.
