Someone took particular interest in her foot. It doesn't look injured. I presume certain body parts are emphasized in crime scene photos because they're looking for an injury or mark to explain the death.

there are various TG groups/twitter accounts and sites in Chinese that shuts down and pops back up from time to time. And scammers, a lot of the sellers are scammers. Also, several years ago there is a major leak, sets in a time span of around 8 years are bundled together and found their ways online, most of what you see on other sites are from that leak.
