I don`t think they are same guy,
eg Right ears of both images have different `tilts` and shape
Head in first pic has broarder shape above eyebrow level
The overal facial appearance of first guy suggests a strong more `mesomorphic` body,which this guy has-but the second guy has a face suggestive of a less mesomorphic type of body,which he has.(It has beenshown by research that people are able to corectly estimate the relative upper body strengths of different individuals based on seeing only the faces)
The lips in each case are very different.
