OK first, clearly, no good dental plans in Pakistan. Second, in pic 2, does anyone else think that the guy on the left was killed while he was leaning up against the bar? Look at the shape of the body post-rigor. And in pic 4, outstanding skull cave on the headshot. That's how its done....
