Bodybuilding Mass Monster Illia Yefimchyk affectionately known to many as ‘Illia Golem’ and ‘The Mutant’ has passed away at the age of 36

He was announced dead today, Tuesday, the 10th of September 2024.

Inspired by bodybuilding legends Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone, Illia Golem began his gym journey at a young age with a determination to be seen as a powerhouse. The Czech Republic native was renowned for his extraordinary physique, weighing over 348 pounds and standing six feet tall.

Golem earned the title of ‘the most monstrous’ bodybuilder, capable of bench pressing 272 kilograms (nearly 600 pounds) and deadlifting 317 kilograms (almost 700 pounds). To sustain his massive muscle mass and strength, he followed a rigorous 16,500-calorie diet, consuming seven nutrient-dense meals daily.

Tragically, Illia Golem’s death has prompted fans to remember his remarkable achievements, though the cause of his passing remains undisclosed and no further details have been released.

As the number of fatalities within the bodybuilding community continues to rise, former eight-time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney has issued a serious warning.
