The dismembered body of the delegate of the sixth region of the Undersecretary of State Public Security (SSPE) and major (retired) of infantry of the Ministry of National Defense (Sedena), Casto Acevedo Manzano, was found early today in the downtown area of Soledad del Diablo. The Gulf Cartel won the execution.
Four days before that same city had died in an alleged confrontation with federal armed forces Braulio Dominguez Arellano, "The Gonzo", "Zeta-20" or "The Executioner", the alleged leader of the Zetas in the state of Veracruz.
Human remains Manzano Acevedo, 60 years old, were placed on a mat, trunk, arms and legs and his chest was found on a white card, which was "embraced" by the maimed right hand, with a narcomensaje.
The head was found in a black bag and left the remains of unidentified persons on the sidewalk of the street April 2, compared to the grocery store My Regalito.
Casto Acevedo, who wore shoes, black pants and shirt (with the emblem of SSP in the latter) would have been up a day after clashes in Soledad del Diablo and his dismembered body was left on that site today.
The dismembered body is deposited in the amphitheater of the Institute of Forensic Medicine and according to a source, would have been prior to execution of physical torture.
