Canadian actor Kenneth Mitchell has died at the age of 49 due to the disease he had suffered from for five years, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), as his own family has confirmed.
The Canadian actor leaves behind a great legacy in the world of the seventh art. He has participated in numerous film and television projects. On the big screen he has participated in productions such as ‘Miracle’ and ‘Captain Marvel’.
He’s perhaps best known for his role as Eric Green on the show ‘Jericho’, where he participated in a total of 27 episodes between 2006 and 2008. Another TV series that ganered him fame was ‘The Astronaut Wive’s Club’, in which he played Deke Slayton.
Additionally, Kenneth Mitchell was a staple on other television productions such as ‘Leap Years’, ‘Odyssey 5′, ‘Ghost Whisperer’, ‘Switched at Birth’, ‘Frequency’, ‘Nancy Drew’ and ‘Star Trek: Discovery’.
