Good and very interesting questions he was young and fit heart was in perfect health and can beat for as long as all the oxygen in the myocardium is depleted and the cardiomyocytes begin to die out. It can take up to 3 minutes with reports of longer duration but this is rare.

Regarding the convulsions in the stomach the heart may be ripped out, blood pressue drops to zero but his brainstem and spinal cord remain intact and still alive so nerve and pain signals pass up and down giving rise to convlusions

Keep in mind seizures and convlusions do occur sometimes during the dying process irrespective of the cause of death.

That Caleb, is the infamous "Funkytown Gore" Video, even if you search it on YouTube there is no real description/detail that explain the video,.but the stupid bastards decisions (the faceless guy) made me cum last year in fact its the vid that got me into these cartel torture videos!!
