Bosnian Athlete "Osman Junuzovic" dies at the Age of 27

On Monday night, one of the best athletes in Bosnia and Herzegovina Osman Junuzovic, passed away suddenly. The news was confirmed by his brother Asmir, and Osman’s untimely death affected his many colleagues who are in disbelief over what happened.

Junuzovic passed away at the age of 27, and in his career he won numerous titles with his club. He was third at the European Games in Baku in 2015, the champion of the Balkans in the 3,000 meters, the BiH champions in the 3,000 meters, 3,000 meters in the hurdles, 5,000 meters, 8,000 meters in cross country and 10,000 meters on the track.

Unofficially, the cause of death was sudden heart failure.
