Bondageskin is one of our community's most accomplished artists. His renderings easily rank among the most lifelike and dynamic of all for those who love gay male hangings. A number of members have posted many of his still images. He also created videos, which have so far not been posted. I also have some images that appear to not have been shared.

I'm going to fix those omissions.
 
I came across his videos a few years ago, but haven't seen them since-these are great! Thanks

these are so fuckin hot! especially "Suck it!" video! i wish Bondageskin had done some more. yes indeed, i wonder, does anyone have a clue what is he doing now?
 
Our Bondageskin seems to have retreated from the web.

He apparently did get criticized by folks world-wide for basically, being into what we are into, and being too open about it.

There are some remnants, however. For example, there's this exquisite repository of some of his images, including some I don't have. Hi res, first rate. Snarf them up, good buddies!

I'm pretty sure it is.

My day job is in computer security, and none of my trip-wires went off.

Also, the guy who gets hanged from the tree is a self-portrait of Bondageskin. Somewhere I had his picture, but damn it!, I can't find it now, or I'd post it so folks could see what he looked like. (Since he posted it himself to one of his profiles, I presume that's OK...)

There are several "Bondageskin" profiles on Recon right now, but they aren't right. They don't look like him, they aren't in the right place, they don't talk about nooses, etc. In fact, for the lady Bondageskin on the web advertising her services for "dates", I wonder if she's aware of the legacy she's plugging into? Heh, heh, heh.

yeah, it's a pity he didn't do more. especially videos.
i kinda figured out that some of the images feature his self-portrait. and in the Execution Room video.
gawd, of course he's get criticized. that was very expected. besides other things also for what appears to be racism but which i understand (i guess correctly) is in his own way an adoration of the black male superior physique.
i sorta wondered if he hadn't found his dream fulfilled in the hands of some executioner, but then again, we probably couldn't have know.

Since he is/was such a talented man, I hope he was in tune to the level of criticism he'd get-- but, it was pretty early when he began publishing, and he may have been idealistic about the freedom and openness of the net.

No one was really quite prepared in 2001 for what can happen if the whole (net) world really decides it Doesn't Like What YOU Are Doing. I don't think I could stand the glare if it were directed at me, having seen it directed at other people, deserving and not.

It's also possible that, yes, he found his dream, and exited this world. That's an interesting thought. We wouldn't be here on this board if this fantasy (and making it as real as possible) didn't appeal to us in some way. And there are quite a few here who offer, apparently seriously, to be serious about the fantasy. Maybe he was one.

I can say that if I ever decided to exit this world early (illness, say,) I'd choose this mode. You bet. Way more fun than any other way. Srsly.

But, there are at least two leads. So, maybe we can find out. One is I think the owner of that website (in 2001) looks like someone on CDG now, 14 years later. I'm going to ask them. If they are, they got Bondageskin to design a website for them. Maybe they have contact info. Maybe they'll read this post, and volunteer the info.

The second is the owner of http://desouzaweb.com might also have contact info, since they almost look like an official site for Bondageskin. If they aren't, I wonder if they would like to host the videos I have? That would be cool.

The only downside is that I tend to promise more than I deliver. Alternatives are, doing the legwork yourself. Or, tying me down with leather hood, handcuffs, and chains, and administering a severe whipping. Yeah. That'd be worth trying. Yeah!
