From "Air Crash Investigation: Comet Crash" about the BOAC Comet(s) that experienced catastrophic airframe failure, leading to the disentegration of the aircraft. Part of the investigation they found out that the passengers recieved major trauma and lung damage from the decompression. One of the male passengers getting autopsied-ish around 5:30 to 6:20 in the video.
