No sign that he pissed or shat himself that I can see - but nice idea! Often with a dead guy you can't tell what happened inside their clothes as they died . And so many pics stop just above the waist - i always they wonder if they did not want to show the piss-soaking on his trousers, or the shit in his underwear, or the bulge of a death erection.

Just had another look. I don't think he pissed himself - even in dark trackies and bd light, I think you'd see the wetness. But I wonder if his shat in his white underwear? When you were in the morgue, di yuou get many guys who had piaased or messed their underwear?
