And the Reykjanes peninsula in Iceland has had 8,000 earthquakes since January, which suggests it is planning some fireworks.

Probably not much to worry about, at least if you don't live on the shores of the Sunda Strait.
Anak Krakatoa ('Son of Krakatoa') is just behaving like the spoilt little brat it always was. It took from 1927 to 2018 for the cone to build up to the point where it slid off downslope into the 1883 caldera of its own accord, so hopefully it will be about another century before it happens again. And there's no indication that any new caldera collapse is imminent - the last one before 1883 is thought to have been in 535AD, so they are not frequent.
