This is a case where a man who works at a host club was stabbed by his live-in girlfriend. Host clubs are high-end lounges where male staff entertain female customers.
She attacked him while he was sleeping, and he ran naked to the entrance of the apartment building where he collapsed.
The reason she attacked him was because she had seen pictures of him with another woman on his cell phone and she had become jealous and enraged.
She didn't call an ambulance and instead contacted the police to turn herself in. The photo shows the scene.
Fortunately, he survived, but he suffered severe damage to his liver and a deep wound that reached his spine, and he was in a coma for five days.
Amazingly, he later forgave her and asked for leniency in court.
As a result, she was sentenced to three and a half years in prison, prohibited from paying alimony, and banned from seeing him.
He later returned to his old job, changed his name to Phoenix, and became a more popular host than before the incident.
After her release, she became active as a video game distributor, and in 2024 a movie based on her case was made and released.
