On February 8, 1968, he contacted a local newspaper editor, telling him where two of his victims could be located, and then threatened to kill even more women until he was “shot down like the dog I am.”
When caught, Martin received four life sentences. He was killed in prison and lies here in the morgue with an eerie smile upon his face.
