First lady Melania Trump faced booing from middle and high school students as she took the stage at a youth summit on opioid awareness in Baltimore on Tuesday. She was booed again as she walked off the stage.

There were some cheers from the crowd as well as loud jeers as the first lady was introduced at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. The audience remained noisy throughout the five-minute speech, and at times she struggled to be heard over the crowd.

Thank you for posting this article. It is difficult to understand how the First Lady and her handlers can anticipate respect or even expect that she be taken seriously. Ms. Trump has announced as a major initiative her desire to combat cyberbullying. Several times every day her husband cyberbullies others on Twitter. She has never objected to her husband's cruel, untruthful and very personal tweets. Perhaps she is not able to see the irony and the blatant hypocrisy. As exasperating as her anti-cyberbullying campaign may be, it is doubly insulting that the First Lady does not give school children credit for being able to recognize a fake and a buffoon when they see one.

It's the height of hypocrisy. Yet, they have followers, as did Hitler. It's a dark period in Amercian history.

Yes! And we are not much better, though Boris isn't as bad as Trump. But there are still my good Americans, including both of you.
