Dead Soldier Bullet Hole in Helmet

An interesting pic of a dead German Soldier with a bullet hole in his helmet. From the dent in his helmet - this is clearly the entry point of the round. Although a bit fuzzy - there is only a small hint of blood and what looks like a few drips in the sand. Head wounds usually bleed a lot - one could speculate that someone finished him off with a bullet in the brain - or the blood may just be hidden from sight.

Quality a bit fuzzy & not a new image - but content good, if you are a collector. I have a couple of versions of this in my war archives & trying to avoid re-posts to CDG if I can - don't recall seeing this version here. Again - sorry if it is.

that bullet hole is awesome but may not be the kill shot, as he could have multiple injuries
a lot of times one will go through a helmet and get slowed down tremendously and just enter the skull a little bit
I'm not saying that's what happened, but it could explain the lack of blood
