Mixed Train Suicides

Whenever I look at train suicides, I am reminded of the policy in the U.S. that retires engineers once they have run over a certain number of people. Not because they are held responsible, but to protect their mental health. I'll bet there is no such policy in Russia. The turnover of train drivers would be impossible to keep up with.
