"Mouris" shot to death

On December 24, 2017, a motorcycle driver named "Mouris" was shot once in the neck that resulted in his death in Barangay Muzon, Malabon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on December 24, 2017. He was a resident of Barangay Flores in the same city. Unfortunately, the CCTV is not working when the incident occurred.

I do believe I see people in the crowd who've brought along lawn chairs. I guess they plan to make a day of it. Watching a dead person lying motionless on the street, and then watching him being picked up and put in an ambulance. I can't think of anything more exciting.

Was he deliberately shot or was it an accidental innocent guy who got shot?

When I lived in Pasay, I never got to Malabon. Quezon City is as far north within the Metro area but far better known. I got there several times
