Caleb, can I interest you in a property in Clapham, South London? The attraction is that every so often it gets a delivery of 'special meat' direct from the skies. The snag is that sunbathing in garden is unwise - this delivery missed the owner by one meter (3 ft) and judging by the damage it did to the paving if it had hit it would have been Dinner 1, Caleb 0.
