We have a couple problems here. First, Juan has too much belly to be wearing a thong bikini. Second, that necklace doesn't work -- no matter how skinny you are. Is "pena" Spanish for penis?
No. PENE is penis. PENA is sorrow, sadness. And PEÑA is a group of persons with commom interesrs, but in his surname, the meaning is other I dont know.
