Need help with uploading images.

I've been on this site for quite a while now.
But there is one thing that keeps happening to me.

for some reason the images i have uploaded in this album get scaled to thumbnail size:

While images in this album are the normal size :
http://cutedeadguys.net/album.php?albumid=2339

I have no idea why this keeps happening.
Can someone help me?
