THAT IS SO NOT TRUE! I know several Eastern Europeans and they're treated just like anybody else is treated in fact better because they have that cool accent in most places in America if You show respect you get respect. And don't live in LA in the winter it can actually get quite chilly, live in Phoenix it's a nice balmy 73° in December also Central Park is beautiful in the summer time, but soon there's going to be no smoking in Central Park. I stayed there for three weeks one summer I really loved it.

PS if you move to America and become a citizen then yes you're an American, that's what's so cool about this country.
