I don't have many details of what actually happened, but according to comments on the article, Frank killed himself while at his fraternity's house. I was a moderator for a group that Frank was a member of, and I vaguely remember seeing him during events, but I had no name to attach to the face. He was a pretty good-looking guy, though. Our group (which I follow on Facebook) posted an 'In Memoriam' post yesterday afternoon, so it must have been early Sunday. He can be seen in the videos linked below, which were just posted Saturday as a promotion for candidates running for student government. I just wish I had more details to share
