I found some old pics from the net that show how that guy got to be looking down at the knife in his gut. It’s the old story of a horny sequence of murder and revenge out in the backwoods.
It starts with Jake McKenzie running a hunting knife into Ethan West’s soft belly.

Not satisfied with just the fatal blow, Jake sticks the knife in again, lower, and twists it, to hear Ethan howl.

Next day Ethan’s kid brother, Zeke West, surprises Jake, and skewers him with a spear.

Zeke arms himself for protection, but Jake’s cousin Matt Reynolds creeps up behind Zeke, and runs him through with a sword.

And now, in your picture, on the following day, Matt looks down at the dagger handle, trying to process the feeling of the stiff blade deep in his flesh, knowing he is a dead man, but feeling a strange wave of pleasure washing over him.
The question is, who stabbed Matt?
The other question is, which stabbing is most arousing?
