Toxic Industrial Cyanide Inhalation The incident occurred in India at industrial metal processing plant. Four workers suddenly fell unconscious and when paramedics arrived three were declared dead with one survivor in hospital. Death scene investigation and autopsies revealed cyanide poisoning.
