I usually use
Film911.net
Watchfighters.com
Darkangelsmovies.com
Film911.net works great. They are more medical cpr stuff. No gore.
I usually go through their channel on Watchfighters.com.
Watchfighters.com will make you custom videos from several different options if you pay right. Ive found a few channels on that website that work well. I love the strangling and choking videos on there. Some models are so fucking hott
Darkangelsmovies.com is a pretty big website with tons on videos to choose from. You have to buy them of course to see the whole videos. Sometimes the trailers almost get me off.
